Dolmen Systems ("I," "me," or "my") operates this website. This page explains what information I collect when you use the contact form on this site, how it's used, and how it's handled.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and your message.

The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service I use to receive your submission and send it to me by email. As part of how most web services operate, Web3Forms may log standard technical information about the submission, such as your IP address and the time you submitted the form, as part of running their service. I don't request, see, or use this technical data myself; it's not something I collect or store on my end.

I don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software on this site. Beyond what you tell me through the form, I don't know who's visiting.

How I use it

I use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you. Submitting the form triggers an automatic acknowledgment so you know I got it, and sends your message to me so I can reply personally.

Where it's stored

Your submission is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to my email. I don't keep a separate database or CRM of form submissions. Your message lives in my inbox like any other email, and I handle it the same way I handle the rest of my correspondence.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone else, with one necessary exception: Web3Forms, which needs your submission to do the one thing it's set up to do: get your message to me. I don't share what you send me for advertising, marketing lists, or any purpose beyond delivering your message.

Security

The form submits over HTTPS, so your information is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

You don't have to use the form. Nothing else on this site depends on it. If you've already submitted the form and want your message or contact details removed, email [email protected] and I'll delete them from my records.
