Privacy Policy

Dolmen Systems ("I," "me," or "my") operates this website. This page explains what information I collect when you use the contact form or book a call on this site, how it's used, and how it's handled.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and your message.

The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service I use to receive your submission and send it to me by email. As part of how most web services operate, Web3Forms may log standard technical information about the submission, such as your IP address and the time you submitted the form, as part of running their service. I don't request, see, or use this technical data myself; it's not something I collect or store on my end.

When you book a call, I collect what you enter on the booking page: your name, email address, and phone number, plus the time you picked.

Booking runs on Google Calendar. Nothing from Google loads until you click "Book a call"; at that point the booking page opens inside this site and Google's own privacy policy applies to what happens in that window, including any technical data Google logs about the booking. You don't need a Google account to book.

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across other sites. Beyond that and what you tell me through the form or the booking page, I don't know who's visiting.

How I use it

I use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you. Submitting the form triggers an automatic acknowledgment so you know I got it, and sends your message to me so I can reply personally. Booking a call puts it on my calendar and sends you a confirmation with the details; I use your phone number to call you at the time you picked.

Where it's stored

Your form submission is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to my email. I don't keep a separate database or CRM of form submissions. Your message lives in my inbox like any other email, and I handle it the same way I handle the rest of my correspondence.

A booking lives on my Google Calendar as an appointment, with the details you entered attached to it.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone else, with two necessary exceptions: Web3Forms, which needs your submission to get your message to me, and Google, which runs the booking page and the calendar the appointment lands on. I don't share what you send me for advertising, marketing lists, or any purpose beyond delivering your message or holding your appointment.

Security

The form and the booking page both run over HTTPS, so your information is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

You don't have to use the form or book a call. Nothing else on this site depends on either. If you've already submitted the form or booked a call and want your message, booking, or contact details removed, email admin@dolmensystems.com and I'll delete them from my records.

If how I collect or handle information changes, I'll update this page.
